How This Challenge Works
The Fall 15 SOS Energized Challenge is designed to give you structure and accountability without adding more stress to your plate. Each week builds on the last, keeping you consistent, focused, and moving toward your goal. Join Dr. Holly for 75-minute Zoom calls each week, Saturdays at 8:00 AM MT.
Session Dates:
Month 2: Nov 8, Nov 15, Nov 22, Nov 29
Month 3: Dec 6, Dec 13, Dec 20, Dec 27.
A Focused 12 Weeks
The challenge runs October 11–December 27, with weekly experiments and coaching that build on each other to keep you consistent through the fall and holidays.

By the final session on December 27, you’ll have the structure, accountability, and tools to lose up to 15 pounds — and the momentum to start the new year strong.
