SOS Next Steps
Designed for anyone who completed the original 16-week State of Slim program and looking for additional support and to continue to guide participants in achieving their very best life.
Class size is small and intimate — Next Steps will be taught in teams of 15-20 people.
7, 90-minute classes over a 12 week period designed to help you “live your life” in the State of Slim.
Not a review of the first 16 weeks SOS program!
We’re experiential – we make sure you not only learn the theory behind the practice, but you are tasked with experiences to apply them and incorporate them into your life, helping you maximize your success!
How Does SOS Next Steps Work?
SOS Next Steps is for State of Slimmer’s in weight loss mode, those practicing weight loss maintenance, or those needing to reset and recharge and get back on track after a “bump in the road” and weight regain. Next Steps consists of 3 individual 12-week “Life Blocks”. Each Life Block is designed to help you “live your life” in the State of Slim, while continuing to grow and transform to be the best version of yourself. During Next Steps, you will meet approximately every other week for 12 weeks, for a total of 7 sessions (see specific date list below). Each meeting will be 90 minutes in length. You must fully commit for one Life Block – 12 weeks.

You have completed the original 16-week State of Slim Program
Willing to INVEST IN YOURSELF – payment for the 12-week “SOS Next Steps” program is $599 (includes a WIFI scale, all the weekly materials, etc.) A payment plan is available.
Able to participate in a private Facebook group for team communication.
Are able to attend at least 80% of the sessions.
Prepared to get vulnerable and give 110% effort.
You are ready to think differently and get uncomfortable, since that is where TRUE transformation happens.
